90-Day Commercial Return Policy

We offer an extended 90-day commercial return policy. You may request a return within 90 days after receiving your item. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.

For a return under this commercial policy, the item must be unused and undamaged, with its original packaging, charger, remote control and user manual. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. Contact us before returning the item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Contact us promptly if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We will provide the remedy required by law and cover reasonable return postage for faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, refunds are processed within 14 days as required by UK law, subject to the applicable rules about receiving the goods back or proof of return.
